After years of investing in the Toronto condominium market, the founder noticed recurring issues. Medium to small condominiums struggled to find effective managers and trades due to budget constraints. Managers, often overwhelmed with redundant office tasks, had little time for site visits, leading to vulnerabilities.
2019
Through personal investments across multiple properties, the founder saw financial inefficiencies firsthand. Budgets increased annually due to the lack of reference financial information, causing common element fees to rise significantly. Delayed maintenance due to budget limits led to higher overall costs.

Armed with these insights, the founder realized the potential of financial models that considered location, building size, and type. Automation and AI could reduce manual tasks and improve transparency, allowing managers to focus on proactive management and on-site visits.
